Stuff.

I’ve started looking around the house after nearly 10 years of occupancy and it’s amazing how many things I place somewhere and then no longer ‘see’ them.

When we are in the day today, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture and what we have surrounded ourselves with.

It is easier to see in the physical things in our home environment, if we allow ourselves to sit and truly see what we don’t see in the day to day. But what about the rest of the ‘stuff’ in our lives? The stories that are so engrained that they become reality. Our patterns in our social life, who we go out with, what cadence, and where. How we go about a task, or show up at work.

If you start looking around, first in the physical world, and then in the day to day, what do you see?
