Mmmm kale (a great salad even for the kale wary)
Made this great salad from a great cookbook for dinner last night. (Run Fast, Eat Slow). Really hit the spot after a long weekend training-wise and even my husband who is not a fan of kale liked it! (He did say he would prefer a different green but still ate the kale!)
